Day 1: Xi Dong > Yu Beng
Xi Dong
une des ascensions les plus ennuyeuses… / the borest hike up ever…
Na Zong La (3680m)
guest house au Haut Yu Beng / a Guest House in Upper Yu Beng
un petit massage gentiment offert par une touriste chinoise… / a massage made by a chinese tourist…
un local qui anime la soiree… / local singing to entertain us…
rien n’est plus degoutant que leur alcool de riz… / the disgusting rice alcohol… JUSTIDILEH!
Day 2: Sacred Waterfall
Thé Tibetain (the sale avec du beurre de yack dedans) et tome fraiche au lait de yack / Tibetan Tea (salted tea with yak butter inside) and fresh yak cheese
en revenant de ma douche sous les chutes d’eau / back from my shower under the waterfall
apres l’effort, le reconfort / rest is best
restaurant local / local restaurant
Day 3: Iced Lake
prudence en traversant le pont et ne prenez pas de photos en etant sur le pont
dans une eau a 3 degres / in a 3 celsius degres water
oui c est bien moi dans la grotte / yep I really in the grotto
meditation apres la construction de notre theor / meditation after building our own cairn
j’m'envoie en l’air, ca c’est super, folie legere / this is major tom to ground control
feu et chansons pour finir la journee / fire and songs to close the day
Day 4: bad knee 
a cause d’une douleur au genou, j’ai passee la journee a me reposer / due to a bad pain in my knee I spent the day to chill out in Yu Beng Lower village
Day 5: Yu Beng > Xi Dong
malgre une ascension sous le soleil, je me suis tappe toute la descente jusqu’a Xi Dong sous un deluge / after the climb up with the sun, I spent the whole way down to Xi Dong under a heavy rain
repas et repos a Nomad GH / dinner and rest at Nomad GH
